RESERVATION INFORMATION

Requested dates will be reserved
under the following conditions ...

First Night payment to serve as deposit
due within 14 days of booking.
IF NOT received by due date, your reservation will automatically be cancelled.

NOTE: Please add date of arrival and name
AS IT APPEARS on reservation to form of payment.

A confirmation letter will be sent
upon receipt of deposit -
The Balance is due upon arrival
for entire party reserved -
Keys to cabins will not be issued
without receipt of full payment -

CANCELLATIONS
There will be a 25.00 non-refundable processing
fee for ALL cancelled reservations.

Cancellations require at least a 14 day notice
prior to arrival for deposit refund, less 25.00 fee.

Changes require a 14 day notice,
processing fee may be applicable.

DEPOSIT INFORMATION

Deposits are required to secure your campsite.

The amount of the deposit is based on the total number of persons that will camp on the first night.

The entire balance is due upon your arrival at Gilligan's Island.

If persons in your reservation cancel,the entire amount of the deposit is still due.

Deposits will not go towards the 2nd or 3rd night

ALL PRICES INCLUDE TAX -
State sales tax of 6.75% and *WORD tax of 4% totaling 10.75% included in all lodging and
equipment rental prices! *Water Oriented Recreation District of Comal County

TENT SITES
$10 per person per night
Holidays - Minimum 4 persons per site

RV SITES
$10 per person per night
add $5 per night for water & electric hookup
Holidays - Minimum 4 persons per site
30 amp electric service

EQUIPMENT RENTAL INFORMATION
2 - 6 hour river trips
No private river equipment
Special Group Rates - Please Call
All equipment must be back on the Island by 7 pm

TUBES
$15 per person with or without bottoms

RAFTS
$25 per person
Kids under 12 - $15.00 each
Paddles & life jackets are provided but you are responsible.
Deposit can be Keys or D.L. or Credit Card
Rafts - keys, DL, CC, 40.00 per raft.
Prices include shuttle service, parking & a river trip
designed for you, depending upon current river levels.
We can put you in up river, you can stop @ Gilligan's,
and continue floating down through The Chutes.
Let us know how long of a trip you are looking for,
& we will provide you with the best float trip possible.

CAMPGROUND RULES
No dogs
No glass or Styrofoam on the River
No fireworks in the campground
No firearms
Quiet time midnight - Exceptions on Holiday Weekends

To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay at Gilligan's Island we request that
all of our guests abide by a few simple policy rules.

All visitors must register at the office upon arrival. There is a $5.00 visitors fee per person and the visitor must be visiting a paid guest. This visitor will need to sign a waiver and will receive a car tag that must be placed in a visible location in the visitors car.

Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any and all damage which may be caused by them or their visitors during their stay. Should such damage occur guests are required to reimburse Gilligan's Island a fair a reasonable fee for repairs/damage.

Guests and visitors may not cross any boundaries/fences as private property exists on both sides of Gilligan's Island and trespassing is not allowed

Music must be kept to a reasonable volume.....please be considerate of your fellow campers.

for immediate dismissal with no refund due to any misconduct.******
